10 foods to avoid with Crohn’s disease

There are certain types of foods that should be avoided in Crohn’s disease, especially during a flare-up. Here is a list of 10 foods most likely to be a problem.
Nuts are nutritious, but if eaten raw, most people with Crohn’s disease won’t benefit from their healthy fats and high protein content. You will not be able to chew them well enough to a consistency that is really easy to digest and digest. Like other rough and hard to digest foods, they can further irritate the intestinal mucosa, worsening the symptoms of the disease. It is better to refuse nuts in Crohn’s disease.
Fruits with peel
